This is a legally binding agreement between you (Individual, company, or organisation) and Shirley Green Training and Consultancy.

Use of content materials

The information provided by Shirley Green Training and Consultancy is for the use of the customer only and cannot be shared or replicated for the use of a third party without the prior consent of Shirley Green Training and Consultancy.

Payment and refunds

Payment for services will be paid upon booking for individuals using the Eventbrite service. Refunds will be automatically paid via Eventbrite. Where cancellations are made on the day of the event a refund can only be paid through contacting admin@sgtraining.org. Refunds will be made at the discretion of Shirley Green Training and Consultancy in line with the refund policy.

If Shirley Green Training and Consultancy cannot fulfil its obligation for the delivery of services, you will be entitled to a full refund or the opportunity to rebook without additional cost.
